How long does it take to go live from the first call?

For a standard brand, about one to two weeks depending on inventory transit. Compliant or temperature-sensitive products add a few days for documentation, but the steps do not change.

Can I start before my product is fully routes?

Yes. You can begin onboarding with a basic product list and build out SKUs as you go. Account setup, integration, and facility planning run in parallel.

What if my products need special handling?

We set up receiving and storage during onboarding, including lot tracking, deviation management, and temperature monitoring. The process is the same; we just add your features.

When do I ship inventory during onboarding?

After account setup and channel installation. Your account manager gives you inbound labels and a reference number to track the moment your stock arrives.

Who handles my inventory once it arrives?

Do I have to use only one warehouse?
